Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping

SHIPPING TIME FRAME 

  • Orders normally take 3-4 business days to ship.
  • Expect delays up to 1 week because of COVID-19.
  • Our business days are Monday - Friday. 

RETURNS 

  • All customized apparel cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose your sizing carefully and utilize the sizing charts in each listing (the last picture). 
  • However, if your item is damaged, has a printing error, or if we made a mistake, please contact us at TheESLBTeam@gmail and we will make it right.

EXCHANGES

  • We do offer exchanges for sizing errors, but these must be made within 1 week of delivery date.
  • We do charge for return shipping.
  • Please make sure to look at the sizing photos provided to you within each listing to prevent this! :) 
  • Thank you for understanding that this is a small business.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • The ESLB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered," and you did not receive it, please contact USPS to see if they can find it. Usually this means that it was delivered to the wrong address. 

ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Please email us immediately - TheESLBTeam@gmail.com. If your order ships with an incorrect address, please contact the shipping carrier for further information. 
  • Once a label is created, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
