Are your items handmade?

No, all of our items are screen printed using a high-quality dye sublimation technique. We do not use vinyl.

How long does it take for printing?

All printed apparel and garments are made by order. The ESL Boutique is partnered with a print shop that takes an average of 3-7 business days to fulfill (business days: Monday-Friday only). Typically, we see it takes 3 days to complete, and the full 7 days around holidays. It is shipped after this!

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping in the US can take between 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 10-20 business days. Rushed shipping can be added onto certain orders, and is only valid within the US. Additional fees apply. *Purchasing rushed shipping decreases only the shipping time and not the production/printing time.* Please be aware of this when estimating a deadline.

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship worldwide! **Due to COVID-19, many countries are restricting incoming packages. If this happens to you, you will receive a message from us with your options. 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of most of our items, all sales are final. However, if your item is damaged or if we made a mistake, please contact us at TheESLBTeam@gmail and we will make it right.

We do offer an exchange for sizing errors but only up to 1 week of delivery date and we do charge for return shipping. Thank you for understanding that this is a small business. Please make sure to look at the sizing measurements photos provided to you within each listing to prevent this! :) 

My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

Our printing partners ship the order directly to you from the warehouse. We cannot personally do a quality check before it's shipped. Please alert us immediately if there is a printing error/damaged apparel or you haven't received your package (contact: TheESLBTeam@gmail). We will issue a refund OR send a replacement. We care and will always try our hardest to make things right.
